The clear acrylic surface is protected by film during handling. Remove the film before use. The epoxy-coated surface does not have a protective film.

High-quality artwork helps preserve the details of your design. Please follow these guidelines before uploading your files.
Supported File Formats
PSD, PNG, PDF, AI, JPG, and CDR. Transparent PNG or PSD files are recommended when your design requires a transparent background.
Resolution
A resolution of 300 DPI is recommended for print-ready artwork. The existing product instructions also recommend images of 1,000 pixels or more.
Color Mode
Prepare your artwork in CMYK according to the product instructions. Screen colors may differ from the final printed result.
Shape and Background
A transparent background can help clarify the intended design outline. Make sure the main artwork is clear and that important details are not too close to the cutting edge.
Orders over 50 pieces
Orders over 50 pieces receive a digital artwork proof for confirmation before production. For orders of 50 pieces or fewer, production is generally arranged directly using the submitted artwork. Physical samples are not provided by default; please contact us to discuss special requirements.
CARE & COMPATIBILITY
Before Using Your Custom Acrylic Phone Grip
Remove the Protective Film
Remove the protective film from the clear acrylic surface before use. Epoxy Acrylic versions do not have a protective film on the epoxy-coated surface.
Check Your Phone Case Surface
The backing uses 3M adhesive. Frosted, textured, fabric-covered, and other uneven phone case surfaces may reduce adhesion. A smooth, clean surface is recommended.
Position Before Applying
Check the intended position before attaching the grip. Make sure it does not interfere with the camera, buttons, or other accessories.
Important
Adhesion and removal results may vary depending on the phone case material and surface condition. Follow the product instructions when applying or removing the grip.

Will I receive an artwork proof before production?
Orders over 50 pieces receive a digital artwork proof for confirmation before production. Orders of 50 pieces or fewer generally proceed using the submitted artwork without a separate proof. Contact us before ordering if you have a special proof requirement.
How long does production and delivery take?
