I’ve been trying to contact your team regarding a mistake with my recent order, but I have yet to receive a response. I originally ordered a magnetic pop socket, but instead received an adhesive one.
This is not the product I paid for, and the magnetic version is priced higher than the adhesive one. I initially intended to request a replacement, but due to the lack of communication, I am now requesting a full refund for the incorrect item.
Please respond as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. I would appreciate timely acknowledgment and action.
