Choose Your Product
Browse the available product categories and select the item that fits your design and project. Product options and minimum quantities vary by item.

Select Customization Options
Choose from the sizes, shapes, printing configurations, finishes, and accessories available on the selected product page. If you need a different size or a special configuration, contact us to confirm availability.

Upload Your Artwork
Upload your design using the artwork field on the product page. Follow the file format and artwork instructions for that specific product. If you have a special file or design requirement, contact our team before ordering.

Review Your Order and Checkout
Check the product, quantity, selected options, uploaded artwork, and displayed price before completing checkout. Review the available shipping information and enter your delivery details.

Production and Shipping
After the order is placed, production follows the requirements and artwork submitted. Where applicable, a digital design proof is provided for confirmation before production. Shipping follows production as a separate stage.
ARTWORK & PRODUCTION
Prepare Your Artwork Before Ordering
High-quality artwork helps us reproduce your design more clearly. Accepted file formats and technical requirements vary by product, so always follow the instructions on the relevant product page.
Artwork Files
Supported formats may include PSD, PNG, PDF, AI, JPG, and CDR, depending on the product. High-resolution artwork is recommended.
Digital Design Proof
Orders of more than 50 pieces receive a digital design proof for customer confirmation before production.
Orders of 50 Pieces or Fewer
Production generally proceeds directly using the images and artwork submitted with the order, without a separate design proof.
Physical Samples
Physical samples are not a standard service. Sampling may be considered for very large orders or upon specific request, subject to feasibility, cost, and confirmation with our team.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Some eligible products start from 3 pieces. Minimum quantities vary by product, so please check the selected product page.
Can I order a size that is not listed?
Other sizes may be available. Contact us with your requested dimensions and selected product so we can confirm feasibility.
Will I receive a design proof before production?
Orders of more than 50 pieces receive a digital design proof for confirmation before production. Orders of 50 pieces or fewer generally proceed directly using the submitted artwork.
Can I request a physical sample?
Physical samples are not provided by default. Sampling may be considered for very large orders or upon specific request, subject to product feasibility, cost, and confirmation.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production and shipping are separate stages. Timing depends on the selected product, order requirements, destination, and shipping method. Check the product page for applicable production and delivery estimates.
